Other Ways to Contact the Help Desk
When emailing the Help Desk, please provide a complete description of the problem or service requested. Be specific and detailed including, where applicable, building & room number, class number & section, PCC equipment/ computer number, complete web page address (URL), etc.
Call (626) 585-7523 or 4357 (HELP) from a campus phone.
Network account problems will no longer be resolved by telephone. If you have a problem with your network account it is now necessary for you to walk in to the Service Desk. Please be prepared to show your staff identification.
We do not currently have walk-in hours.
