COVID-19 Registration Alert Students seeking to withdraw from classes with the potential of a refund should drop the desired course(s) through their Lancer Point portal. Select Withdraw on the registration dropdown list. At the moment of the drop, the W will show on the student’s transcript. The W will be updated to an EW (Excused Withdraw) by PCC staff and any refund due will be generated for processing within 2-4 days.
There is no need to petition for the change of grade or the refund of fees. The EW (Excused Withdraw) and reversal of fees will be prompted by the student withdrawing from the course through the Lancer Point portal. No further action on the student’s part is required.
