As a former PCC student, you will still have access to your LancerPoint Account for a minimum of two semesters after you last attended PCC. If you still have your LancerPoint Account information, you should follow the transcript request process for current students.

If you do not have your LancerPoint login information, follow the steps below. 

Official Transcripts

If you do not have a LancerPoint account, you can order your transcripts through our online system . You will be transferred to the Parchment website to order your transcripts. 

Unofficial Transcripts

If you are a former student without a LancerPoint account, you will not be able to print your unofficial transcripts. Instead, you should order a copy of your official transcripts through our online system .

Transcript Terms

Before ordering a copy of your transcripts, please review the following processes:

  • The cost for an official transcript is $5 per copy.
  • Your transcripts will be mailed as a hard copy or sent electronically (if available) after you have placed an order.
  • We cannot hold transcripts for any changes or additions (i.e. hold for final grades, grade changes, degrees posted, etc.). You must wait until all changes are finalized before you order your transcript.
  • All transcript orders must be placed online.
  • If you attended Pasadena City College before 1983, your records are offline which will require additional processing time.
