Duplicate diploma orders are for students who already have an Associate Degree awarded and posted to their PCC official transcript.

If your original diploma was lost or damaged, please submit an inquiry regarding the process and cost of ordering a duplicate diploma to: 
transcripts@pasadena.edu

Please provide your name and PCC ID# (Note: submitting this inquiry does not mean you have ordered a duplicate diploma.) If you qualify for a duplicate diploma, instructions for submitting the duplicate diploma order form and the amount due will be sent to you.

If you do not already have an Associate Degree awarded and posted to your PCC official transcript, please submit your inquiry through the online counseling inquriy.
