The following workshops are available online for you to take at your own pace!

Literary analysis requires citations and quotations, and sometimes, you might be asking yourself, “Do I italicize or underline this title?” Or perhaps you wonder, “How do I format this long quote?” In this workshop, we will answer those questions and more as we cover the basics of formatting for literary essays.

Reading poetry can be a daunting task: do you analyze every line? Is the speaker the poet? What does the metaphor mean? In this workshop, we’ll be reviewing some best strategies for reading and understanding poetry.
