Student Health Services is available via Telehealth (telephone, email and Zoom) and by in-person appointments.

Administrative support is available by telephone during business hours (excluding school holiday and closures) to answer any non-medical questions and to schedule appointments.

You can also contact us by email (include your full name, lancer ID, your question and a phone number where we can reach you, if needed). We intend to reply to email inquiries within 24-48 hours during our usual working hours excluding school holidays and closures (Monday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Wednesday - Thursday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:30 pm).

After hours: if you are experiencing a mental health emergency outside of our operating hours, Personal Counseling is able to connect you with a live therapist. Simply call our main office number (626) 585-7244 and dial "9" at the prompt to be connected to a therapist who can assist you.
