The first step you can take to quit smoking is to meet with one of our clinicians who will create a customized plan for you. After that, we will help you establish a quit date and help you sign up for our program.

About The Program

Our Quit Smoking Program helps you quit smoking in just eight flexible sessions. The eight sessions include:

  • Orientation
  • Preparation for Quit Day
  • Quit Day
  • Motivation and Coping Skills
  • Lifestyle Issues
  • Stress Management Skills
  • Managing Urges
  • Completion of the program and Certificate of Achievement

Program Tips

To maximize your potential success with our program, we recommend that you:

  1. Attend all eight sessions.
  2. Take advantage of our free nicotine replacement aids such as gum, lozenges, and patches that will help reduce any cravings. (Other medication is available if needed)
