Campus Police have seen an increase in bicycle thefts on campus. Always make sure your bike is locked while on campus. Be aware - Cable locks are easily defeated. Campus Police strongly recommend utilizing a metal U-shaped lock to secure your bicycle on campus. Please report any suspicious activity near the bike racks to campus police (626) 585-7484.
On 05-11-17 at approximately 1430 hours the suspect stole a black Trek FX 1 bicycle from the bicycle racks located on the South side of the D-Building. The suspect cut the cable lock the victim used to secure the bicycle to the bicycle rack with an unknown tool.
The FBI and the Pasadena, California, Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man who is believed to be responsible for an explosion that occurred at The Cheesecake Factory on February 2, 2017.
On Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at about 5:15 p.m. a male PCC student was forcefully raped inside the W-building men’s locker room. SUSPECT: 1. Light-skinned male Hispanic, 5’8”, 170 LBS, 20-22 years old, shaved head with mullet type hairstyle in the back, septum ring, last wearing a dark long sleeve shirt, and khakis pants. On 02/13/17, between 7:30 pm and 7:40 pm, an indecent exposure incident occurred on the main PCC campus. An adult male was inside the women’s restroom and exposed his genitals to a female student. SUSPECT: Black male, 18-22 yrs., thin build, short hair, wearing a black shirt with an unknown white or gold logo on the front, black shorts, and black tennis shoes.
On 02/05/17, at approximately 8:30 pm, two thefts occurred on the main PCC campus. Two different motorized carts were stolen within minutes of each other. The first flatbed cart was taken from the area of the Facilities Lot. It was recovered in the area of Lot 2. The second Food cart was taken from Lot 2, CC building loading dock area. This cart was recovered in the area of Galloway Plaza.
On 12-12-16 at approximately 1140 hours the victim was assaulted in the men’s locker room of the GM-building. The suspect pushed the victim against the locker room doors causing injury to his upper back. The victim was mistakenly identified by the suspect as someone he recognized from another location in the past. The suspect may possibly be a transient.
On 10-27-16 at approx. 1230 hrs. the victim was sitting in the center quad using his cell phone, with his property sitting beside him (backpack containing laptop and misc. items) a MH suspect approached the victim, grabbed the victims backpack, and fled in a westerly direction into a waiting vehicle in the Lot 1 turnaround. The victim pursued the suspect and observed 2 MH’s sitting in the waiting vehicle. The suspect Vehicle fled north, then west on Giddings Alley. (camera footage captured incident, but plate on vehicle not captured due to pixilation). This incident may be related to a theft that occurred on 10-27-16 in the Aquatic center with similar suspect information.
On Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 11:45 a.m. the above pictured suspect was seen loitering in the women’s restroom on the 2nd floor or the “R” building. When the victim confronted the suspect, he quickly ran out of the restroom and out of sight. Approximately 30 minutes later, the victim encountered the suspect near the Aquatic Center, which prompted the suspect to run away.
