Stay informed about emergencies and critical situations at Pasadena City College through PCC’s emergency Rave Alert system.

Students, Faculty, and Staff are automatically enrolled to receive RAVE alerts to the phone number on record in LancerPoint. 

To receive real-time SMS messages about critical campus emergencies and updates, please make sure your contact information is current in your PCC Banner profile in LancerPoint.

Students: You should already be enrolled in Rave Alerts. However, you can verify that the correct mobile number is enrolled by logging in to LancerPoint to view your profile. If that number is not your current mobile number, you may text "PCCAlert" to 226787 to enroll. 

Employees: If you'd like to update your contact information, please complete the Employee Legal Name, Address, Personal Phone, and Emergency Contact Change form. Signing in with your Pasadena City College Single Sign-On is required (choose the Continue with Microsoft option)

  1. Emergency information only. Rave Alerts are reserved for emergencies and critical situations. They will not be used for general announcements or non-emergency information.
  2. No enrollment or renewal required. Your information is automatically maintained in Rave from Lancerpoint for as long as you are a student or employee.
  3. Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Parents, neighbors, contractors, vendors, and other community members can sign up to receive PCC Rave Alerts by texting "PCCAlert" to 226787.
