In accordance with California Assembly Bill (AB) 2086 and California Education Code § 69432, Pasadena City College (PCC) provides access to California license examination passage rates of undergraduate programs that prepare students for occupations requiring pass of a California licensing examination.

Education Code § 69432.7 requires California postsecondary institutions participating in the Cal Grant Program to provide information on where students can access license examination passage rates for the most recent year available when the data are published electronically by a California licensing or regulatory agency. The College also certifies its compliance with this requirement annually to the California Student Aid Commission.

A PCC program is included on this page when:

• The program prepares students for an occupation for which passage of a California licensing examination is required for employment; and
• License examination passage-rate information is electronically available from a California licensing or regulatory agency.

Based on these criteria, PCC provides license examination information, when available, for the following programs:

• Cosmetology
• Dental Assisting
• Dental Hygiene
• Radiologic Technology
• Registered Nursing
• Vocational Nursing

Programs that prepare students for industry certifications, national professional certifications, or other credentials that are not California licensing examinations required for employment are not included.
