1. Complete the full application and required forms

   1 - Application
   2 - Two Letters of Recommendation
   3 - Student Questionnaire (Included with the application)
   4 - Tax Information (income tax return)
   5-  Your Latest transcript and test scores
   
   Submit your completed application and all required forms to the Upward Bound office in D-114 at PCC.

2. Admissions Interview

   After your complete application is reviewed, you and a parent or legal guardian will be invited for an interview to determine if you are accepted into the program.
