How to Apply

  1. Complete a PASS Application

    Applications are available in the PASS office in D-112 or you can download the application below.

  2. Gather Your Verification Documents

    You will need to provide the following document(s) to verify that you meet the required eligibility criteria:

    To meet low-Income criteria, bring a copy of your most current income tax form (Form 1040, 1040-A, or 1040-EZ). If you're classified as dependent, you must also bring a copy of your parents' income tax form. 

    To meet disability criteria, attach a copy of your most current DSPS Student Education Contract (SEC) to your application.

  3. Turn in Your Application & Documents

    Bring your completed application and verification documents to the PASS office which is located in D-112.
