• Are a potential first-generation college student
• Come from a low-income family based on federal Trio income guidelines.
• Attend one of our target high schools:
  • Arroyo High School
  • Blair High School
  • John Muir High School
  • Marshall Fundamental High School
  • Pasadena High School
  • Rosemead High School
• Are a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Are academically-at-risk
