Eligibility

The STARS program and services are available to any current or former foster care student who is currently enrolled at PCC.

How to Join STARS

  1. Enroll at PCC

    If you are not yet a current PCC student, the first step is to enroll in the college. If you need help, visit our office and we can help you with the admissions process. Or, you can start the process on your own by completing the Pasadena City College Application for Admission and following the enrollment steps that follow the application.

  2. Apply to the STARS program

    Once you have applied to PCC, apply to the STARS program, click here!  To receive STARS services, you will need to verify your status as a current or former foster youth.

  3. A STARS representative will contact you after you submit your STARS online application.
