Our Foster Youth programs are a comprehensive set of services for current and former foster youth as well as caregivers of foster youth.
Our STARS program is designed to assist former foster youth to transition successfully from care to college. We strive to support and empower young people in achieving academic success, and a measure of self-sufficiency.
Additionally, our Foster and Kinship Care Education program offers courses and workshops for caregivers to foster youth to obtain and renew their licensing. Our education courses are dedicated to helping caregivers in meeting the educational, emotional, behavioral and developmental needs of the youth for whom they are caring.
If you are a current or former foster youth, you are eligible for special services and support while studying at PCC. Find out more.
