Submit International Application
Who Submits an International Application?
- Students who need an F-1 visa to study full-time at PCC
- Students who are currently on an F-1 visa in the United States and wish to transfer to PCC
- Students on a different visa type (not F-1) and plan to change their visa type to F-1 from inside the United States
Applicant Types
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
- You are currently living outside the United States
- You currently do not have an F-1 visa and need to apply for one
F-1 STUDENTS APPLYING IN THE UNITED STATES
- You are currently living in the United States
- You currently have a valid F-1 visa
CHANGE OF STATUS STUDENT
- You are currently inside the United States
- You currently do not have an F-1 visa
- You entered the Untied States using another type of visa
- You will stay in the U.S. to change into an F-1 visa status
Application Deadlines
Fall 2025 (16 weeks)
Term Starts: August 25
Term Ends: December 14

| July 15, 2025 | Deadline for students who are outside the United States and need to apply for an F-1 visa. |
| August 15, 2025 | Deadline for F-1 students applying in the United States (Transfer) and Change of Status from another visa type. |

Admission decisions issued within 14 business days of a complete International Application. A complete application includes the online application and all required supporting documents. |
