How to Apply

Applicants who need a student F-1 visa to study in the U.S., who currently have a valid student F-1 visa, or who wish to change their current visa status to F-1 student must submit an online International Application and supporting documents to PCC:

Application Types

Outside the U.S. (Overseas) Students:

  • You are currently outside the United States
  • You currently do not have an F-1 visa and need to apply for one

F-1 Students Applying in the U.S.: 

  • You are currently inside the United States
  • You currently have and studying under an F-1 visa

Change of Status Students:

  • You are currently inside the United States
  • You currently do not have an F-1 visa
  • You entered the Untied States using another type of visa
  • You will stay in the U.S. to change into an F-1 visa status

What should you do after you apply?

After you submit a complete International Application, which consists of the International Application and all supporting documents, your application will be reviewed and a decision will be made.
