The Pride Scholars program at Pasadena City College is a distinguished learning community committed to fostering academic excellence within the LGBTQIA+ community. Through comprehensive counseling, tutoring, mentorship, and community building, this initiative aims to inspire and empower academic success among LGBTQIA+ students at PCC.

Requirements for the Pride Scholars Program

As a student in Pride Scholars, you will need to fulfill the following requirements

  • Review and Develop and Educational Plan once per semester
  • Meet with our Success Coach twice a semester
  • Attend two Pride Center events per semester
  • Apply to at least one scholarship per semester
