A New Era in Adult Education

Leah Whetston completed PCC's Apprenticeship Preparation Program in order to pursue a new career challenge. As a grandmother of two with a part-time job, it was difficult fitting school into her budget and schedule. But PCC's Noncredit Division offered her flexible scheduling and free courses, making her return to school possible. She was one of three women in her class to complete the program. For Leah, noncredit courses offered her new start she was looking for.

I wanted a career where I could grow and challenge myself. PCC definitely opened that door for me.
