Our programs are flexible and tailored to adult learner lifestyles. Our courses in job training will help you refine your current skills and develop new ones. Complete your education through the high school diploma or GED prep program. Improve your English with our English as a Second Language Program. With all courses offered FOR FREE, the options for changing and improving your life are endless.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Noncredit Division is to serve a diverse community focusing on capability, flexibility and empowerment. The division offers comprehensive educational resources such as technical and academic programs and courses including Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult High School Diploma Program (AHSD), General Education Development (GED) preparation, English as a Second Language (ESL), parenting education, courses for adults with disabilities and for older adults, short-term noncredit Career Technical Education (CTE) courses and a wealth of support programs. The Noncredit Division's primary mission is to facilitate the Pasadena Area Community College District’s overall mission to provide a standard of excellence and high quality instruction toward increasing the numbers of successfully prepared transfer students and provide a more capable workforce to meet the needs of current trends.
