In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the U.S. Department of Education to amend the regulations implementing Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Pasadena City College has made publicly available the minimum training materials used to train the College’s Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers and other personnel involved in administering the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment.

Pasadena City College Title IX Personnel, and any person designated by the District to facilitate a part of the informal or formal Title IX resolution process, will have training prior to participating in the administration of the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule. Personnel or designees will be trained regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment through in-person or online virtual training programs.
