The PCC Student Health Services provides clinical care for students and is designed to address health promotion, disease prevention, short-term acute illnesses and injuries, and to assist students in finding resources to assist them in managing their health conditions.

The City of Pasadena Michael D. Antonovich Dental Clinic at the Pasadena Public Health Department is now open to serve the oral health needs of immunocompromised individuals and seniors, with future services to include the homeless and young children. We are now accepting Denti-Cal adult benefits.

Community Health Alliance of Pasadena (C.H.A.P.)

Clinic sliding fee scale. Private insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicare and Denti-Cal accepted. Some services available at no cost to eligible patients providing proof of income. Primary medical and dental care. Medical care includes physical exams for children and adults, immunizations and TB testing, diabetes and hypertension care/management, and on-site x-ray services. Dental care includes routine cleanings, fillings, extractions and restorative work.

Child Health and Disability Prevention Program

The CHDP program provides health assessment for the early detection and prevention of disease and disabilities in children and youth. We can help you find a no-cost healthcare provider. Insurance Outreach Assistance for uninsured children.


PUSD Primary Health Clinic

The PUSD Primary Healthy Care Clinic, staffed by nurse practitioners, provides medical services for uninsured children preschool through high school. Children receive complete physical examinations; CHDP exams, sports and camp physicals, and medical care for illness and injury. Other services include immunizations, tuberculosis-screening tests, counseling and health education. Referrals and appointments are made through school nurses and health clerks.

Free assessment, 24 hours a day. Accepts most insurances. Behavioral health hospital. Treatment of depression, mental health issues, addictions and rehab. Outpatient and in-patient adult services.


Bienvenidos Mental Health Services

Outpatient therapeutic service for children and young adults age 0 to 21 with full scope MediCal. MAT program, VOC program, TBS program; Wraparound services. Also providing services to Glendora, Montebello, El Monte, Pomona, Covina, and West Covina.

Della Martin Center Huntington Memorial Hospital

All insurance types. Provides mental health services to patients and their families. The Center's 54 in-patient beds offer treatment for acute in-patient psychiatric disorders.


D'Veal Family and Youth Services

MediCal and sliding fee scale; Provides individual, family, and group counseling for children and adolescents. Additional services include parenting classes, school based services, child abuse intervention and prevention services, day rehab and day treatment, intensive services for "at risk" youth, transportation, clinical and case management services for CalWORKS recipients.


Foothill Family Service

Professional outpatient counseling and case management services for children, teens, adults, and families. Programs: Early Child Development Services for Children ages 0-5; Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment programs; ESTEEM School-Based Services; Children and Teen Mental Health Services; Co-Occuring Discorders Treatment for Children and Teens; Services for Teen Parents; CalLearn; Future Visions; Domestic Violence and Treatment; CalWORKS Domestic Violence; Anger Management/Batterers Treatment; Family, Individual and Group counseling; Senior Services.


LA County Department of Mental Health

Charges vary based on income. Information and referrals on mental health and medication services to treat adults who are seriously and chronically mentally ill. Services provided on a voluntary basis. Therapy provided by licensed staff.


National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-San Gabriel Valley)

$35 annually. Family support groups for families with a mentally ill member. Monthly meetings with informative speaker. Free family to family educational series to inform families about the illness, medications, resources, family roles, etc. Surviving and thriving series presented by professional. Legislative advocacy program. Stigma busters speakers available.


Pasadena Mental Health Center (Five Acres)

Charges based on gross income. Fees start at $20.00. No one is refused for lack of money. Counseling individual, families, children and couples. Parenting classes and various community based programs. Professional training programs for interns, trainees, and graduate students from schools of psychology, social work, and marriage and family therapy.

Rose City Counseling Center   

Sliding scale ($35-$80) per session; no limit to the number of sessions. Psychoanalytic therapy for adults, adolescents, couples and families. Therapists work with patients dealing with a range of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, relationship problems and substance abuse.
