Programs

At PCC there are a variety of programs focused on helping you successfully complete your academics and prepare yourself for a career in STEM.  Explore the list below to learn more about what's available to you!

MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement)

Eligibility requirements: The MESA program is open to PCC students who are eligible for financial aid and are majoring in any area of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics which requires Calculus-based math (Math 5A).

MaS2 (More Math and Science)

The MaS2 program provides you with opportunities to connect to PCC and explore STEM.

Eligibility requirements: The MaS2 program is open to any PCC student who is majoring or may be interested in majoring in an area of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and has accumulated less than 54 units.

STEM Pathway

Once admitted to STEM Pathway, you will participate in college activities and receive support services as outlined in the Pathways contract.

Eligibility requirements: The STEM Pathway is open to students who have accumulated less than 20 units, attend college full time (12 units/semester) and are interested in pursing a degree in STEM.
