Food truck and cart vendors must first obtain all required health and business permits from the City of Pasadena. You can apply for these permits and receive more information by visiting the Pasadena Department of Public Health Community Events section or by calling (626) 744-6000.

Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with at least $1 Million coverage is also required. COI must list Pasadena Area Community College District and Pasadena City College Flea Market as additional insured.
