In compliance with public health social distancing orders, meetings of the Board of Trustees will be conducted via teleconference.
The District has two options for providing members of the general public the opportunity to make comment on agenda items or items not on the agenda:
- Public comment should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and submissions will be read aloud in their entirety at the appropriate point of the public meeting.
- Requests to make public comment can also be made using the Chat function on the YouTube stream of this meeting. A moderator will make contact to receive the entirety of your message and it will be read aloud at the appropriate point of the public meeting. Please do not assume that members of the board are monitoring the Chat function.
The guidelines for the time and quantity of public comment remain in effect.
