Conference Travel in Three Simple Steps
Submit a Pre-Approval Request in Chrome River
- Submit a pre-approval report through Chrome River in order to request approval from your manager/supervisor to attend the conference/travel.
- Funding Allocation:
- Each constituency group (Academic Senate, Classified Senate, and Management Association) has their own funding limits for their constituents. Please contact your appropriate constituency group for funding limits.
- For the "allocation" section in the pre-approval form, please use: D-100000-116000-6750 PRDV
- If your travel costs exceed the funding limit from your constituency group, you must either provide an addition funding source, or only list your expenses up to the limit in your Pre-Approval.
Submit an Application for Funding
Once your manager/supervisor approves your conference travel requests, you can apply for funding from your constitutency group.
Complete an Expense Report in Chrome River
When you return, make sure to login to Chrome River and complete your expense report no later than two weeks after your conference is over.
