Campus Use is NOT accepting requests for use of District property through the 2020 fall semester. Please continue to check this website for updates regarding requests for spring 2021.

The purpose of this form is to inquire about renting space on District property for a non-PCC event.

This form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee the use of District Property. Please be advised that inquiries should be made well in advance of your requested dates of use. Inquiries received less than 8 weeks in advance (longer for large scale events or those of a complex nature) may not be considered. Use of District property may be restricted to the following times:

  • Fridays after 4:30pm
  • Weekends
  • Weekdays when classes are not in session, but the campus is still open (ie: Spring Break)

Once you have submitted your inquiry, the Campus Use office will email you within 1-5 business days to inform you if your request can be accommodated, or if we have additional questions about your event. The reservation process, insurance requirements and fees will be outlined in the email.
