Pasadena City College establishes institution-set standards and stretch goals to monitor institutional performance, evaluate progress toward student achievement goals, and support continuous improvement. Institution-set standards (ISS) represent minimum acceptable levels of performance (floor), while stretch goals (Goal) establish aspirational targets that reflect the College’s commitment to improving student outcomes and advancing institutional effectiveness.

The College regularly reviews its performance against these benchmarks to identify areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and progress toward institutional goals. The most recent performance results are published below, as reported in the College’s Annual Report submitted to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC).
