WebCMS access is no longer available. PCC will begin using our new curriculum management system (CIM) during the Spring 2025 semester.  Information about CIM (Curriculum Inventory Management) access will be available during Spring 2025. Updated information about CIM access and training will be provided to deans, division chairs, and C & I Reps.  Please read your email. Details and training for our new Curriculum Management System (CIM) will also be provided in the Tuesday Tutoring email reminder sent by Academic Senate. Stay tuned for more information.

Copies of proposals can be found in the Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas Course, under Files, _Spring 2025 Review Curriculum Proposals folder.

  1. If the proposal was submitted for Fall 2024 review and did not complete tech review during the fall semester, the proposal is being copied over to the Course Proposal Temporary COR document and will be uploaded to the 1_Original Submissions folder for Spring review. (Previously saved to the _WebCMS & Temporary Form Proposals folder, Level 3 folder).
  2. If the proposal was submitted to the Canvas assignment by your C&I Representative for Spring 2025 review, it is in the 1_Original Submissions folder. If Pretech Review is in process, the proposal is in the _Moved to Pretech Review folder.
  3. Proposals that are in the process of Pretech review or Tech review are in the 2_Pretech Review or 3_Tech Review folder.
  4. Proposals that have been tech reviewed, with tech review feedback emailed to faculty authors, are located in the 3_Tech Review, _Returned to Faculty folder.

Revisions are submitted by revising the necessary fields of the Course Proposal Temporary COR document.

  1. A blank copy of the Course Proposal Temporary COR document is linked on the home page of Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas course.
  2. The tech-reviewed course proposal can be found in the  Curriculum and Instruction Resources Canvas course under Files, _Spring 2025 Review - Curriculum Proposals, 3_Tech Review, _Returned to Author folder.
  3. Once the fields of the Course Proposal Temporary COR are updated with the revisions, save the proposal document using the subject code and course number followed by the word “Revisions.” (i.e., ENGL 001A Revisions)
  4. Email the updated Course Proposal Temporary COR, named using the subject code and course number followed by the word “Revisions” to smbober@pasadena.edu. Preferably, send as a reply to the email with the tech review information.

  2. Use the appropriate Program Narrative document to revise or develop a program outline. Request a copy of the appropriate current narrative for update.

  4. If your division does not have a C & I Committee Faculty Representative, please email the C & I Committee chairperson, smbober@pasadena.edu for an invitation to submit the proposal(s).
