Disrupting racist actions, behaviors, policies or decisions harming people of color in the PCC campus community is a District-wide priority. As such, we have developed the Equity Anchors Program.

This program organized as five 3-hour, in-person learning sessions that will equip individuals with the competencies to step up with certainty, speak out with confidence, and compel others to join them in disrupting racism to bring about change that results in more racially equitable outcomes.  We invite all faculty, staff and administrators who demonstrate equity-minded orientations or past experiences supporting racial justice initiatives to apply to the program.
