is the current CCO/COO at Poplar Forest Capital where she serves as an investment adviser in Pasadena. Some of her hobbies include going on walks with friends, swimming and doing yoga at the aquatics center. With a motivation to get to work and a quality-over- quantity mindset, she plans on using her role as a board member to deliver something impactful for students. She is no stranger to sitting on a board. Previously, Ryan sat on the Parent Board at Mayfield Junior, Flintridge Prep, Maranatha, and Claremont McKenna College. Her goal of getting the community involved and interested will help students get the higher education they deserve. She believes “we all have a role in financially supporting education beyond high school.”
