Transfer Bound

The Transfer Bound Program focuses on the values and benefits of preparing African-American/Black students to transfer from the community college to a four-year university.

Transfer Bound is open to all PCC students, but is specifically geared toward the successful enrollment and support of the African-American/Black student population.

Transfer Bound introduces students to cross-system college activities and programs such as HBCU Tours, the CCC HBCU Agreement, HBCU Caravan, UCLA CCCP Program, and ADT for CSU transfer!
