If you know of a student in a face-to-face (or hybrid) class, who has reported COVID-like symptoms, a positive COVID test (even with no symptoms), or close contact with a COVID case, please fill out and submit the form below. You may tell the student not to come to campus right now and that PCC’s COVID Support Team will contact the student by phone, text, or email to assess the situation and determine the next steps.

To expedite the process, please have the student fill out a Student Covid Support Form.

You will receive an email from the COVID Support Team advising you of any updates about the situation.

The contents of this submission may contain private, confidential, and privileged material and will only be disclosed and reviewed by the Covid Support Team and any other intended recipients.
