Overview

• Health Sciences program applications are forms created, edited, and scheduled using an external app called Gravity Forms
• Health Sciences program applications are embedded on our website using Gravity Forms embed code within Omni CMS Assets - content with one source that can be used in multiple locations at once. Each Health Sciences program application has its own Omni CMS asset
  • Note: Medical Scribe, Patient Intake Specialist, and EKG Technician program appilcations are currently in Jotform 
• When an application period is inactive, we use Gravity Forms to schedule the form and present an "application coming soon" or "no longer accepting applications" message on the web page where that form Asset is embedded
• When an application needs to be reviewed and edited, it's necessary to remove the application's Omni CMS asset from its live webpage so that it can be turned back on via Gravity Forms and viewed/edited on this test site 

Reviewing/Testing Applications

• Web Office:
  • removes a HS Application Omni CMS Asset from the live page
  • replaces it with its "application coming soon" or "no longer accepting applications" message
  • reactivates the application via Gravity Forms so it can be reviewed and edited from this test site
• Health Sciences:
  • reviews and requests edits to an application

Restoring/Scheduling Applications

• Health Sciences:
  
  • indicates application is ready to go live 
  • provides the application open/close dates for automated scheduling
  • provides any specific text in lieu of "application coming soon" or "no longer accepting applications" 
• Web Office:
  • restores the application Asset to the live page.
