Student Filming Request Form

This is an internal form for current PCC students to request filming on District property for a PCC class. This form does not guarantee the availability of the space or resources and will be reviewed in the order in which it is received. Please work with your instructor and/or Dean to identify an appropriate location for your filming needs before submitting this form to Campus Use for approval.
