PCC Student Equity has registered our college as a replay site for the Black Minds Matter public course that is being taught this semester at San Diego State University. The webinar series is designed to raise the national consciousness about issues facing Black boys and men in education. It will intentionally draw linkages between the pervasive undervaluing and criminalization of Black boys and men in society and how those same patterns are evident in school, college, and university settings.

Following the replay of the week's webinar, we will engage in a discussion about how to apply this knowledge within our PCC community to best serve our student population. We encourage folks to attend when and as they are available. Lunch will be provided. Due to space limitations, RSVP is encouraged.
