The Bias Assessment Response Tool (BART) is a resource for anyone who needs to report an incident of bias and discrimination. Reporting allows us to best assist those in need, track patterns of bias, and create educational interventions to help improve our campus' climate. The purpose of BART is to receive, monitor, refer, and as necessary, coordinate College response to hate and bias-related incidents that impact all or a significant portion of the College community. Incidents may involve bias or hate as a result of age, ancestry, color, disability, gender identity or expression, genetic information, military status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran status. BART is not intended to replace or subordinate any existing processes for reporting and addressing acts of discrimination, harassment, or violence, including but not limited to, processes of Human Resources, Campus Security, and Student Services.
