Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees governs the Pasadena Area Community College District. It consists of seven elected members, each representing one of the seven trustee areas of the district. Qualified voters in each of the areas elect the trustee for a four-year term. The Superintendent-President of the District serves as Secretary to the Board.

Rajen Vurdien, Ph.D.
The Superintendent-President is the chief administrative officer of the District and oversees the Pasadena City College administration. Dr. Vurdien is the 15th President of PCC, joining a group of exceptional leaders, each who have contributed to the college's development, progress, and success.
Dr. Robert H. Bell
Assistant Superintendent / Senior Vice President, Noncredit and Offsite Campuses
Oversees PCC's noncredit and adult education activities as well as the campus operations at our satellite campuses and programs. Additionally, oversees the AB86 Consortium Grant and the growth of adult education.
Dr. Terry Giugni
Assistant Superintendent/Vice President, Instruction
Provides leadership to carry out the academic mission of the college by cultivating and supporting faculty excellence and achievement.
Dr. Richard Storti
Assistant Superintendent/Vice President, Business and Administrative Services
Oversees services that are provided to support and enrich the campus experience for students, faculty, staff and the community.
Dr. Lisa Norman
Vice President, Human Resources
Leads the Human Resources team as well as oversees the policies and procedures related to equitable hiring, agreements with collective bargaining units, and other areas related to human resources strategy.
Dr. Cynthia Olivo
Vice President, Student Services
Responsible for overall leadership in planning, organizing, and directing all student services and support programs.
