·      Shared the position description (gets turned into posting)
·      Gary Potts and Classified Union meeting to review
·      Waiting for confirmation to fly position (hopefully by Monday)
·      HR’s commitment to move forward as quickly as possible
·      Salary: $55K, is there negotiation on the salary?
o   BA and two years of experience
·      Staff support: Nadia Marquez and Luis Cervantes, to be in the Center to help with workflow
·      Advisory Board for Center, draft

o   Experience working with marginalized populations - 5
o   Supervision/ collaboration - 5

o   Services/ Programming - 5

·      Interview questions:
o   How will you develop/cement procedures?
o   Need to be well-rounded and articulate/experienced for both communities
o   Conflict resolution as well as education/ response to hostility
o   In an under-resourced center, how will you create a safe and supportive center / how will you allocate resources
·      New target date for BOT approval - ?
·      Joint training for the clubs, etc.
