-coordination of spaces across campus, classrooms, communities etc.

Space is R422 –
· Coordinator: New position moved forward, based on Safe Zones Coalition and Dr. Adamo’s research
o approved – assigned to a tech last week to move through HR
o right after start of fall 2019/ September BOT meeting
· Selection process – 6 person hiring committee, classified position
o Committee can help with recruitment process, Bachelor’s minimum qualification
o Application materials?
o title needs to change to Student Equity Center Coordinator
(follow-up email from Dr. Mares: the name and position title has been officially corrected on the position approval and job description to say “Center Coordinator, Student Equity” with the work location being “Student Equity Center”. The necessary changes have also been made to the job description itself – and since the changes were purely semantic and did not affect the actual duties that will be carried out by our future colleague, I have been assured that it will not in fact affect the timeline of recruitment or require additional approval/etc.)
- Budget $270,000, including salary for benefits
