Is there any more info on the I-8 situation, beyond what's been printed in the Courier and has been relayed by Dr. Vurdien? 

Is there a valid reason for why that contract wasn't terminated? 

Do we know when the contract is up for renewal? 

Is there anything the Senate can do?

Reviewed questiosn and concers as well as preliminary actions
Opting for solutions-focused approach to repair and heal campus and prevent future harm; plan to:
Reach out to Dr. Storti to review and discuss lack of transparency and request change to policy for background checks for students vs. other employees, especially contractors
Reach out to Jason Robinson for PD on sexual harassment training for all managers, faculty, and classfied staff
Find out what F.A. is writing in their letter regarding the situation
