Hi,

The pdf you are encouraged to review before next Wednesday’s meeting (20th).

It’s to be reviewed then as well, but quickly and carefully. 

The left side of each page shows the existing text of the bylaws, and the right side shows the revised/amended work. We’ve already discussed and voted on most of this, but we should vote to approve it as a (near) whole.

 {The exception is that the Section 3 “Regular Faculty” section likely should be discussed by the  faculty. }
