State/Conferece/Associations CCCAA Scholar Team Award Fall Sports (including Basketball) - last Friday in March Spring Sports - October 1st • Combined 3.0 GPA for all student-athletes listed on Form 3 who competed.
• 80 percent of all competing athletes must have completed a minimum of 12 units.
• Review Form T for minimum participants per sport
• Submit Form T to CCCAA
• Asterisk competed students on Form 3
• Include transcripts for two or 5 percent (higher) highest and lowest GPA
• Summary of the team's athletic season (win/loss, standing, accomplishments)
