Overseas Students:

  1. Pay I-901 SEVIS Fee:
    Pay your SEVIS I-901 fee online at: www.fmjfee.com. You will need to have your SEVIS (I-20) number with you
  2. Secure an F-1 Visa:
    Apply for and obtain an F-1 visa at the U.S. Embassy in your home country by following the instructions given to you in your acceptance packet
  3. Activate LancerPoint: 
    Activate your PCC student account, LancerPoint, at https://reset.pasadena.edu. Start from “Look-up my LancerPoint username” and then “Activate my LancerPoint account”. Your LancerPoint Student ID # is listed in your admission letter, admission email as well as in your I-20
  4. Activate for your PCC Email:
    Activate for your @go.pasadena.edu email by logging into www.gmail.com. Use your LancerPoint username and @go.pasadena.edu and password to create and sign in to your account. For example: larrylancer@go.pasadena.edu
  5. Link your PCC Email (optional): 

    Link your PCC email to your personal email account at www.pasadena.edu/business-administrative-services/its/student-email.php

  6. Online Orientation: 
    Must complete part-one of Orientation: Online Orientation at https://orientation.pasadena.edu 
  7. New Student Updates: 
    Please check our website for information and updates.
  8. Mandatory Fall 2020 International Student Orientation
    August 03, 2020 – August 05, 2020: 
    Attend part-two of the Orientation. Prepare the following documents: Copy of F-1 Visa, Copy of Signed I-20, Copy of 1-94. 

Transfer Students:

  1. Pay I-901 SEVIS Fee:
    If you are transferring from a school in the U.S. and have paid your SEVIS I-901 fee before, you may skip this step.
  2. Secure an F-1 Visa:
    If you are transferring from a school in the U.S. and your visa is still valid, you may skip this step. 
  3. Transfer your SEVIS Record (Transfer students only): 
    Request your current U.S. school to release your SEVIS record to PCC. PCC SEVIS School Code: LOS214F00788000 
  4. Activate LancerPoint:
