The Associate in Arts for Transfer in Music (AA-T in Music degree) prepares you to transfer to a Bachelor of Arts degree program, a capstone or terminal liberal arts degree with an emphasis on music. You will develop musical proficiency in theory, musicianship, and performance on their primary instrument or voice.

The AA-T degree program will not prepare you for a professional career in music.  If you plan to pursue a professional career in music (in performance, composition, jazz, music technology, education or graduate study), you should complete the Associate in Arts in Music (AA in Music degree) which will prepare you to transfer to a Bachelor of Music degree program.
