Series: If series not provided during childhood, a series of 2 shots will be administered.

Tetanus/Diphtheria

Fee: $22.00 per shot
Series: Booster every ten years after initiation of primary series.

Fee: $40.00 per shot
Series: Single dose of Tdap recommended ages 11-65.

Fee: $82.00 per shot
Series: If series not provided during childhood, a series of 2 shots will be administered.
