Purchase Request Form

Due to the State budget crisis, textbook purchasing has been suspended.

We will take non-textbook requests to consider for purchase in fall, if our budget allows.

To recommend that the Library purchase an item that it does not own, please fill out the form below.

Please note:

  • The library will not purchase items that are owned and currently checked out.
  • We cannot guarantee that all items will be purchased nor can we guarantee how long an item will take to acquire.
