Assessment, Educational Plan, and Orientation Exemption Form - Admissions and Records

The Student Success Act (SB1456) requires all first-time college students to complete Orientation, have an English and/or Math Placement and complete an Educational Plan to receive priority registration. Exemptions are available for students that meet any of the criteria below; however, students who choose to exempt themselves for one or more service will not receive priority registration as a new or continuing student.

I have an Associate degree or higher from a U.S college I have completed English, Reading, and Math classes (and passed with a "C" or better) at another collegeI took the Early Assessment Program Exam (EAP) within the last year and was identified as college ready in English and Math.
