The California Adult Literacy Professional Development Project (CALPRO) nominated and accepted Dr. Susan Briggs to attend the California College Transition Institute and Summit Meeting in
Cosmetology
The Cosmetology staff just shared the figures for their client services earnings for 2009 and they exceeded the totals of the last two years. This year's receipts total $4,917.50 (a 27% increase from 2008 and a 30% increase from 2007). Cut, snip, manicure, and pamper has the department racking up the totals! Good job to the Cosmetology staff and students; the college can use every dollar.
